But some DIY people like handling some of that process themselves, and submitting the information below that we need to prepare an accurate bid for you.

  • This helps us determine the best solutions for your project
  • Tell us how many rooms have furniture. We price our furniture moving per room.
  • Project 1 - Do you need a buff and coat?

  • Calculate length times width of each room. Include hallways, closets, pantry, and bathrooms. Please list/label all areas with their designated square footage.
  • Project 2 - Do you need your hardwoods refinished?

  • Please let us know what width of hardwoods you prefer for new installation. For lace-ins, approximate width of your current hardwoods.
  • Count each board that has black pet stains, burns, holes, or water damage.
  • Calculate length times width of each room. Include hallways, closets, pantry, and bathrooms. Please list/label all areas with their designated square footage.
  • How many vents? List each vent and it's size. There are only three sizes. You can determine the size by measuring the inside dimension of the vent hole. (4X10, 4X12, or 2X14)
  • Project 3 - Do you need hardwoods installed?

  • How many rooms need flooring tore out? Please tell us if it's tile, carpet, or hardwood.
  • What is the total length of the area that you want to tie-in the hardwoods into the new room? If you don't want it laced-in then type "install header". A header separates the two rooms without the costs of lacing.
  • Calculate length times width of each room. Include hallways, closets, pantry, landings, and bathrooms. Please list/label all areas with their designated square footage.
  • How many vents? List each vent and it's size. There are only three sizes. You can determine the size by measuring the inside dimension of the vent hole. (4X10, 4X12, or 2X14)
