Together we discuss any concerns regarding imperfections in the existing flooring such as pet stains, wood-rot, squeaks, gaps, repairs, etc.
Customers will have a live stain consultation on the first day of service, which help get a better visual of what the finished product will look like. Small samples on a fan deck do not do the trick! We show you exactly what your color will look like next to your cabinets or various walls with different light contrast.
Determining a grade of finish that best fits your lifestyle is next. Taking into consideration different factors (i.e. children and pets).
The bid is then finalized on-location before we leave the premises.
After receiving the invoice via email, or in person, a start date for the project will be scheduled. During the contract signing, half of the full payment is due in order to secure a spot on our service calendar. Service includes a 1 year transferable workmanship warranty.
