Celebrating 6 years in business!  We’ve added something great for the people of Kanas City!

Our new –  people’s first transferable warranty, is the RippnFinish difference.  It’s exactly what it says!  A service warranty that honors the people, first!

People’s First Transferable Warranty

What is covered?

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, including repairs.

How long does it last?

This warranty runs for one year after the final completion date of the refinish project.

What is not covered?

This warranty does not cover fading or discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals such as ammonia, soap or detergent, bleach, or any other cleaning products that are not recommended.  This warranty does not cover indentions caused from your pet’s nails or high heels.  This warranty does not cover swilling or shrinkage of the hardwood floor.

What RippnFinish will do?

RippnFinish will repair any hardwood floor refinishing area that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.  In the event repair is not possible, RippnFinish will either refinish your floors again, or refund the value of the damage, whichever you prefer.

How to get service?

Contact RippnFinish headquarters, listed online at www.rippnfinish.com or phone at 816-974-7049.  A service representative will come to your facility and take necessary action to get the problem corrected, covered by this warranty.

How state law applies?

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

It gets even BETTER!

Starting Jan 1st, 2018!  Each new residential client that selects our “Refinish (People’s First) services” receives a one-time complementary buff and coat!  And, it never expires for the life of that home.  No other company offers this type of continued service.  This means, you can choose, at anytime, to have your floors re-coated.  A great time to take advantage of this continued service is right before you list your home for sale.

*Customer may have fees associated with the moving of furniture and appliances, the hanging of plastic, and upgraded finish.

Transferable

Our free buff and coat is transferable to the new residential home owner.  This means, no matter who owns the home, they can still take advantage of our free one-time buff and coat services.  This warranty service is specific to that home not the customer.  In other words, our services continue to add value to you and your home!

Ripp N Finish did a great job on my wood floors! I am very satisfied. Highly recommend these guys!

-Rachel L.

We used these guys back in August to redo floors in our whole house (70 year old house, floors never redone since initial construction). They were extremely quick in coming out for a consultation/quote and were able to get us scheduled for service also very quickly. Travis was hugely helpful and responsive to our questions about the whole process, timeline, and made sure everything stayed on track. The guys also moved our furniture out before starting and back in once completed, which was a must for us and the floors look AMAZING! Highly recommended.

-Meghan Murphy

I am 110% satisfied with all of the work done by RippnFinish!! From my 1st consultation with Travis, I got warm fuzzies about doing business with his company. (The other 4 that came out to bid the job I got quite the opposite.). He took my 100 year old heart pine floors that had seen better days (and lets be honest, looked like barn floors), and turned them into something beautiful! I cannot say enough good things about his communication, punctuality, attention to detail, and pride in doing a good job. Wow, HIRE THEM NOW, is all I can say!! Thank you!!
